Jill has spent nearly 20 years as a Marketing Executive at some of America’s top brands, beginning her career at American Express, and building it with positions of increasing depth at Boston Bank of Commerce, Avis Rent a Car, and Barnes & Noble.
In her most recent position prior to joining Q10 Marketing, Jill was Vice President of Marketing at Barnes & Noble, managing the Barnes & Noble Membership Program.
Her key successes included conducting watershed brand and customer research, significantly growing membership through innovative customer acquisition and retention programs, and building sales through product development and promotions.
Prior to Barnes & Noble, Jill led Avis’ customer management and partnership initiatives. During her tenure, she developed a loyalty program from the ground up, redefined Avis’ service-levels, and negotiated win-win relationships with Avis’ partners. Internally, Jill was recognized for her influence and contribution with Avis’ coveted Destination Excellence award. The broader travel community recognized Jill, with her selection as one of the 100 most powerful women in travel by Travel Agent magazine.
At Boston Bank of Commerce, Jill was a key member of the launch team of the Unity Visa Card, the first-ever credit card uniquely designed for African-Americans. During her tenure at American Express, Jill served in positions of increasing responsibility in the Card Marketing and Travelers Cheque divisions.
As co-owner, Jill views management of Q10 as a natural extension of her customer-centric orientation, and information-driven approach to marketing. Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and English from the State University of New York at Albany, and an MBA from the Sloan School of MIT.
