At Q10, we believe successful research requires quality from start to finish. To accomplish this, we provide hands-on project management and apply a rigorous quality assurance process. This begins with a detailed and accurate project estimate, follows through screener development and project recruiting, and concludes with re-screening, project delivery and feedback.
About the Owner
As the owner and on-site manager of Q10 Marketing, I am committed to every client’s complete satisfaction. The fact is, I was once on the client side, and in the spirit of karma, I deliver what I demanded - top quality and service.
Prior to going the entrepreneurial route with Q10 Marketing, I spent nearly 20 years as a Marketing Executive at some of America’s top brands, including American Express, Avis Rent a Car, and Barnes & Noble – plus had the distinct opportunity to work at Boston Bank of Commerce, where I was part of the launch team for the Unity Visa Card, the first-ever credit card uniquely designed for African Americans.
My positions primarily focused on customer acquisition and loyalty building (including management of Avis’ customer loyalty programs and Barnes & Nobles membership program), with some partnership marketing product development on the side. I view my management of Q10 as a natural extension of my customer-centric orientation and information-driven approach to marketing, plus as an opportunity to apply my background and skill sets in new and relevant ways to support my clients.
As for my education, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and English from the State University of New York at Albany, and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
